Our outdoor activities are operated via an app called Loquiz which is available from the App store and Google Play Store. When you make a booking, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to download the app. It is recommended you play on a new device not more than three years old with the latest operating systems installed. Introduction Outdoor games are self-managed city-wide adventure games played through an app on your smartphone. You move around the city using the app's GPS and complete a range of fun challenges and brain teasers. How to create team names before your game Click on the Game Link in your confirmation email Proceed through watching the Instructional Video On the next page, click 'Create a Team' Enter the first team name and click 'Add Team' - see image below Once added, this will bring you back to the team name list. The best way to share your game link will depend on how you are running the event. See below: Indoor in person event Email / Text / share the game link with all players prior to the event starting. They can then send this to themselves so that they can access on the device they will be using for the event Virtual event The event organiser can copy and paste the link into the chat of the call before splitting the group up into breakout rooms. Indoor event (in person, virtual or hybrid) Team members arriving after the game has started can easily jump in and start playing with any team. Once they enter the video call they can join the breakout room(team) they want to be a part of. They will need to be sent the game link, watch the instruction video and join the team that they want to play with.
