Sharing the Game Link with the players
The best way to share your game link will depend on how you are running the event. See below:
Indoor in person event
Email / Text / share the game link with all players prior to the event starting. They can then send this to themselves so that they can access on the device they will be using for the event
Virtual event
The event organiser can copy and paste the link into the chat of the call before splitting the group up into breakout rooms.
