What happens if a team member is running late?

Indoor event (in person, virtual or hybrid)

Team members arriving after the game has started can easily jump in and start playing with any team. Once they enter the video call they can join the breakout room(team) they want to be a part of.

They will need to be sent the game link, watch the instruction video and join the team that they want to play with.
Device synchronisation will bring the late joiner right up to the current task of that team.

Outdoor event

With these activities, the teams use one device per team. If you have someone who joins late or who meets the group along the way, they can just jump into a team and help from there!
