Steps

On the website, go to the sign up button in the top right hand corner.
Enter your details including your email address and password. You have now created a profile which will give you access to your dashboard.

Once you purchase a bundle, you will be given a booking code. This booking code allows you to make a booking using your credits. Note that the credits will be added to the main account and from here you will be able to see how many credits are remaining as well as an overview of every booking made using your booking code.

| Tip: If you plan to allow other colleagues to view the bookings overview and to see how many credits you have left, then sign up using an email and password that you don’t mind sharing with them as this information will only be available on one account. | Note that you only need to share your booking code with anyone who wants to use your credits, they don’t need access to an account.

Logging in on www.teamactivities.com

When you want to login, go to the website and click login in the top right hand corner of the page.

Enter the details you used when registering. If you have bought a credit bundle, you will see a booking code in the top right corner when you login.

| Tip: You can share your booking code with colleagues and allow them to book using your credits. They can then book directly on the website using this code, they don’t need an account. | On your dashboard, you will have access to view your remaining credits and see an overview of all bookings made.

Do you offer Event Hosts?

Yes, absolutely.

We offer the option of a remote host with all our games and activities. We set up a conference call (Zoom or MS Teams) and on the day of your event, the teams can join. The host will welcome the group and introduce the activity and then kick off your event with any other instructions needed. They will also be online at the end of the activity to welcome the guests back and announce the scores.

The rate for this starts from €350 plus VAT at 23% (£325 plus VAT at 20% in the UK) and can be booked directly via the website or by emailing us on support@teamactivities.com with your request.

| If you would rather use your own platform instead of Zoom or MS Teams, that is no problem. In this instance, we would ask you to setup and assist managing the call for our host.

What do I need for an Indoor game?

To play an indoor game, everyone will need a device (phone or computer) that can connect to the web.

If you are playing a virtual activity then you will also need to think about how the teams will communicate. Eg. Setting up a conference call on Zoom or MS Teams so that the teams can see and hear each other.

| If you are playing a virtual activity on a computer, you can use the same device for both the call and the game. Just minimise the call during the game but still keep it open so that your team mates appear in a little square / strip on your screen.

How to create team names before your game

Click on the Game Link in your confirmation email
Proceed through watching the Instructional Video
On the next page, click 'Create a Team'
Enter the first team name and click 'Add Team' - see image below
Once added, this will bring you back to the team name list. To create another team, follow on from step 4 above. As you continue to add teams, you will see them appear on the list:

||| You cannot edit a team name once created so take care when typing

When you want to play the game, players will see the team list and can choose what team they want to join.

| Tip: We reccomend numbering the teams when creating them in the game (eg Team 1, Team 2 etc and then the players can join the team that corresponds to their breakout room number)

|| It is important to note that although you are creating the list of team names, you are not assigning any individuals to the teams. You can let each player know what team they should select when they start playing.

How do I make a booking using my credits?

How to make a booking using credits

To make a booking using credits, just follow these steps:

Go to Team Activities
Choose the activity you wish to do
Enter the date and number of players/ teams
Enter your booking code into the 'Booking code' Field.
By entering your code, this should remove the charge and you should now be able to complete your booking without entering payment details.

Where can I find my booking code?

If you are the main account holder, you can find your booking code on the top right hand side of your dashboard.

If you are not the main account holder then you will need to contact your account administrator to provide you with the booking code.

If you enter your booking code and it doesn't take the charge off the booking, please contact our support team on support@teamactivities.com

|| You can make a booking using your companies credits, all you need is the booking code and this can be used on any activity. You dont need to create your own profile / dashboard.

||| Warning: Anyone who has your booking code can make a booking on your account and use your credits. You should only give out your booking code to authorised users and colleagues. If you suspect someone is using your booking code without your consent, please contact us immediately.
