Downloading the app (Loquiz)
Our outdoor activities are operated via an app called Loquiz which is available from the App store and Google Play Store.
When you make a booking, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to download the app.
It is recommended you play on a new device not more than three years old with the latest operating systems installed. See here for more information:
Minimum System Requirements for Loquiz
You will need to give the app full permissions for all requests, specifically location (so the GPS can work on the map) as well as access to your phones camera and media (to take photos and videos during the game)
It is important to have your phone up to date with all the latest updates installed.
