Our devices are not synchronised
The most common reason for devices not synchronising is due to a player joining the wrong team.
The first thing to do is to determine which device isn’t synchronised by following the below steps:
Ask every player what team number they have on their screen (this should be along the top bar within the game)
When you have established which team member has joined the incorrect team, ask that player to leave the game by closing down the browser window with the game.
They can then rejoin the game by clicking on the game link again and following it through until they are asked what team they would like to join from the team list
They should be brought to where the rest of the team are within hte game without having to start at the first question again.
Tip: You can also see an overview of who is in what team by looking at the game overview. This link to the game overview is in the email sent to the event organiser (the same email that contains the game link)
