My game link is not working
Here is a quick fire guide to troubleshoot a game link that is not working as it should.
VPN: The most common reason for a game link not opening is due to a devices VPN. This is a security measure that blocks unfamiliar sites and webpages. Try turning off your VPN, if you can't do this switch to a personal device (In some cases players will be able to watch the onboarding video and join a team before being blocked by their VPN).
if you are using a work device, it is very possible that certain parts of the game are being blocked by your companies VPN. If you cannot lift this then we reccommend switching to a personal device and continue from there
Browser: Older browsers may not operate smoothly with the game. It is recommended to use Google Chrome for the best experience.
Refresh: In some cases your browser may get stuck between loading pages. Try refreshing the page to remedy the error.
