I am having issues with the Loquiz App.

If the app is not working as expected, please follow the below steps:


Make sure the device you are using has the minimum system requirements as outlined below.

Android

Needs to be Android 7 or higher. (Does not work on Huawei phones as these do not have google play services)


IOS
IOS version 13 or higher for iphones.You will need to be playing on an up to date device with all updates installed. 



It is extremely important to allow the Loquiz app access to location information (to activate the tasks outdoors) and to the camera / photos (to shoot photos during the game). Please check your devices settings manually and ensure these rights are given to the Loquiz app. Please do not use restricted mode in iOS while using this app.


Check your signal. This app requires the use of GPS, if you don't have good signal then the app may not work correctly.

If you have done all of the above and the app still doesn't work, please delete and reinstall the app.

If the game still does not work please try an alternative device.
