Changing your Booking

If you need to change the date on a booking with no host:

Don’t worry, any bookings made are valid for 12 months so if you wish to move the date, you don’t need to do anything except tell the players your new date, everything else will stay the same.




If you wish to change the date on a booking with a host:

Contact support@teamactivities.com with your request and a member of our team can check availability for your new date and come back to you


If you would like to update your numbers:
With the outdoor activities, you will receive one login per team.

If your numbers have dropped to less than you booked for, you don’t need to do anything.

However, with the outdoor activities, when you make a booking, you will receive one login per team. If you need to increase the numbers for that event, then the best thing to do is to make a new booking and disregard the old one.
