Making a change to your booking

To change a one off booking (i.e not made using credits)


If you have booked a one off event, you cannot make changes to the numbers but you can move the date as your tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. if you have a host booked, you will need to check with your event manager that we have availbility for hte new date. If you plan to run the game yourself then you dont need to inform us of the date change, your tickets will still be valid.





To change a booking made with credits


If you want to increase your numbers then just make another booking for the correct number of players and disregard the first booking. (Note: You only need to do this for an outdoor event where the system has provided you with different logins for each team, if you have booked an indoor event and you have the game link then you dont need to do anything)

If you want to decrease your numbers, when you have booked using credits you dont have to do anything because the system will only take credits for people / teams who have actually played.


If you have made a booking using your credits and then you need to change the date, you dont need to do anything with the game as the details will still remain for when you're ready to play.



Tip: We reccomend booking for a few more people than you think you'll need. This will ensure that if your numbers go up, you won't have to create a new booking.
