What to do before playing your outdoor game
Check to ensure you have received the email with the app download instructions details (you should receive 2 emails - one as a receipt and one with the booking details). Check your junk / spam folder.
Choose your team captains (one team captain per team of 4 people) and give them the game app download instructions.
Team captains should ensure that the device they use meets the minimum system requirements. See Article: Minimum System Requirements for Loquiz
What to do before playing your indoor game
Check to ensure you have received the email with the game link and details (you should receive 2 emails - one as a receipt and one with the booking details). Check your junk / spam folder.
Click on the link to ensure it works for you. You should be able to view the instructional video with no issues and move through to the part where you create a team.
